Kids classes.
Jiu Jitsu gives kids confidence that shows up at school, on the playground and at home. They learn to defend themselves without throwing a punch, to win and lose with respect, and to listen to a coach.

(03) Good to know
First class questions.
No. Most people walk in with none. Your coach shows you every move, and you train with partners who want you to learn.
For no gi and kickboxing, a rash guard or fitted t-shirt and athletic shorts without pockets or zippers. For Gi classes and kids, athletic clothes are fine for the first week. Ask us about gis.
Kids Jiu Jitsu starts at age 5. Teen Grappling is for ages 13 to 17.
Jiu Jitsu is a controlled sport. When a hold gets uncomfortable you tap, your partner lets go and you start again. Coaches watch every round.
Your first week is always free. Come to the classes that fit your schedule and see how it feels.
